The Salmon Symposium is a forum to share information on Mat-Su Basin watersheds, salmon, and salmon habitat and to promote an exchange of ideas about salmon science and conservation in the Mat-Su Basin.
This year’s symposium will feature keynote speaker Richard Nelson, anthropologist, writer, radio producer, and natural sounds recordist.
Presenter abstract submissions are due October 7th. Presenter guidelines HERE.
General registration closes October 28th.
NEW: To help cover symposium costs, there will be a $25 registration fee per day. This includes lunch, snacks and refreshments.
